I’m 41 and I’ve been training since I was 16. Age is just a number.

Like many people, I’ve faced setbacks and low moments. Training became my anchor when things were tough. Through consistent exercise, I rebuilt my strength, confidence, and mindset.

Fitness taught me that resilience is built through consistency, passion, and belief at every stage of life. There are no limits when you commit to the work.
